They responded very quickly and wasted no time getting the water from a water heater issue cleaned up. They removed the carpet padding and got the water out and dryers set. They were quick and professional. I would recommend them.

Excellent service. Phoned and they were there in no time. Mike Hopkins who was in charge took the entire clean up the water mess and took the drywall and insulation and carpets etc... out and started the drying process. They had around a dozen dryers and 3 dehumidifiers working around the clock and after 5 days all was perfectly dry. Mike came every day to check with his equipment the progress and changed things around to make sure all was doing well. Great team and very professional staff. Would recommend them very highly. After my rental house was flooded from a water leak I called Restoration 1 and spoke to Mike about my situation. He was very compassionate and understanding during my panic call. Mike and the crew was out there immediately and corrected the situation. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 they do what they say show up on time and the price was very reasonable.

I’ve used a Restoration 1 twice within the year for water leaks and drywall repair. Within an hour of calling Mike, he had a crew at my house cleaning up, setting the fans up for dry out, etc. He explained the process in working with the insurance company and even called them when it looked like they may not have covered the entire cost outside of my deductible. They agreed and the work was done. I have used numerous companies and handymen for home issues in the past but this company is hands down so professional. They show up on time and the cleanup is immaculate. I will use them in the future and I guarantee you will not be disappointed with them.

Had a water leak at my mom's house that damaged the floor in three rooms. Restoration 1 came to the rescue. They were professional, courteous and informative. Their crew showed up to do the demo when promised. They got all the demo done in one day. Dryers where set and the team principle walked me through the scope of work and educated me on what the process was going to be working with the insurance company. Everyone on the team was excellent. We worked with Dylan, the team manager. He was very considerate of our situation and made sure our needs were addressed. I can’t say enough nice things about the company and it’s personal. I know they will continue to impress me as work continues.
